⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Saroi Bush Camp, Masai Mara Our 3-day stay at Saroi Bush Camp in the Masai Mara was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by the entire team. The camp truly provided a 5-star experience. The tents were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the whole camp had a wonderful atmosphere that made our stay very special. A special mention must go to Jessi, the manager, who was excellent throughout our stay. His warm hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. We would also like to thank Donald, Freddie Junior, Nixon, and all the night security staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and care. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. And most of all, a huge thank you to Thomas, the chef, who prepared absolutely mouth-watering cuisine throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. Overall, Saroi Bush Camp exceeded our expectations. The hospitality, accommodation, food, staff, and atmosphere were all outstanding. Luxury and top notch service in the bush!
We stayed at the Soroi Mara Bush camp for 3 nights and very much enjoyed the beauty, detail and quality of the tents and the camps itself as well as the superb service. The camp can put most European or American Hotels to shame. We got upgraded the the private wing with a view on the river and the hippos and even a crocodile. The tents have everything one needs. A Masai accompanied us to the restaurant at night to make sure we are safe. We were extremely well taken care of. The food was outstanding, perfectly catering for all our needs (my wife is vegan). The best Mara hotel
We visited this hotel in December. Our guide, Danny, was a true professional, he really knows his stuff and is an expert on animals. He even showed us some rare species! He was incredibly helpful and shared fascinating stories about the wildlife. The hotel itself is conveniently located, not far from the airport. On the way there, we spotted many interesting animals. At night, hippos roam in the river, and during lunch—which is served by the riverside you can watch both crocodiles and hippos. I’m absolutely thrilled with the hotel staff; the team there is just fantastic! Chef Thomas and his team were incredible for looking after my gluten-free dietary requirements—feeling so safe while traveling means everything, and that prawn curry was absolutely top-notch! Donald and Frank served us with such genuine warmth and kindness at every meal, while Brian the barman kept our spirits high with his legendary "Second Coming" cocktail. Dixon looked after our room impeccably, ensuring we always returned to a spotlessly comfortable space, and Simmy and Lamine provided complete peace of mind with their watchful night security. Daniel was a stellar game driver whose sharp eyes and vast knowledge made every safari a highlight, and Joseph managed the entire operation with grace to ensure everything ran perfectly. We were very lucky to be able to stay at Soroi, there had been huge floods 2 weeks before and the camp ( along with a lot of others in this part of the Mara ) had been badly damaged and many of the lodges needed significant repairs, fortunately they were able to accomodate our party. The lodges themselves are fantastic, quite an experience being able to sit outside and watch hippos on the opposite bank or crocs peering up at you while you're having a coffee. The food was great, the staff were brilliant and the bar was well stocked ! Wonderful Holydays
Stayed in Mara Bush Camp from 1 to 7 september. everything was perfect. staff friendly and very gentle. Usually I never go back in the same place for holydays but, after this experience, I'm changing my mind. Guides are excellent, food like a 5 star italian restaurant, guests are literally pampered (hot water bag in your bed for a sweet warm night). I have travelled in many places but I have rarely found a place like this. Many thanks to Joseph, Mary, Koriata, Tipape, Dickson, Ramat, first aid girl (I do not remember the name but thank her anyway for her support). See you again, friends. Unforgettable anniversary in the Mara
We spent our wedding anniversary here with another couple, and it honestly blew us away. Staying inside the reserve makes a massive difference. You can sit on the deck morning or night and watch wildlife stroll straight up to the watering hole outside your tent. The food was fantastic from start to finish. Big portions, plenty of choice, and even the packed picnic breakfasts and lunches on early morning game drives were spot-on. What really made the trip, though, was the staff. Everyone was so warm and attentive. When one of us picked up a brief stomach bug, the team immediately stepped in to look after us and made sure we had everything we needed. Soroi Mara Bush Camp has officially become our second home, it gets better with every single visit. We stayed for 6 incredible nights with my fiancé and it truly felt like coming home. The hospitality is unmatched, the Camp Manager Mr Emmanuel always welcomes and treats us with genuine warmth, kindness and attentive care. Shout out to the amaizing and incredibly staff who always makes our stay unforgettable. The food is top notch 👌, our dear friend and server Mr. Donald takes exceptional care of us ,always making sure our meals are served on time with the warmest smile. Mr. Brian, the amaizing barman, always ensures that our drinks and cocktails are perfectly crafted as we sit by the fire and enjoying the moonlight sky. The tents are comfortable, spacious, clean, and luxurious. I absolutely love sundowners and the team always makes sure we get a spectacular one before we leave. Our last evening sundowner was nothing short of magical, the absolute perfect way to toast to another unforgettable safari. Counting down the days until we are back home again soon!!
