Why Guests Keep Coming Back to Soroi Mara Properties

Since opening, Soroi properties in the Maasai Mara have become a favorite for many returning guests. In fact, we’re proud to have one of the highest repeat-visit rates in the area. Our guests don’t just come for the wildlife experience, they come back for the warm hospitality, personal touches, and the sense of connection they find here.

One guest said it best:
“We came as guests and we left as friends.”

Prime Migration Location
We are located close to Olkiombo airstrip, not far from the action! Guests often witness dramatic river crossings and predator hunts within hours of arrival.

Eco-Luxury in the Wild
Tucked beneath shady trees, our solar-powered tents offer comfort with a conscience, paired with fresh cuisine and warm, personal service.

Guides Who Bring the Bush to Life
Our expert guides are more than drivers—they’re wildlife storytellers. As one guest put it: “Every drive felt like a nature documentary.”

Thoughtful Touches, Always
From sunrise coffee to sunset surprises, it’s the little details that make each stay unforgettable.

What happens when you mix a vintage safari vehicle, a handcrafted bar, and a golden Maasai Mara sunset?

You get our Out of Africa experience…

 “One guest said:

“If I had this car during my morning commute, I’d never mind the traffic. I’d just stop, pour a drink, and wait it out!”

(Spoiler: we don’t recommend using it on the highway — but we do recommend joining us for a sunset you’ll never forget.)

We’ve taken an old Land Cruiser, lovingly restored it, and turned the back into a fully stocked bar. Add a skilled barman, gourmet bush appetisers, and the sweeping savannah views… and suddenly, the Mara feels even more magical.
